Course objectives

     
      The course aims to cultivate graduates in the tourism and hospitality industry with the following characteristics and competencies:

Possess ethics, morality, service-mindedness, and social responsibility in accordance with professional ethics.

Have academic knowledge and professional skills in tourism and hospitality, with the ability to work, serve, and manage at the international level and be recognized.

Have the ability to analyze situations, apply knowledge and reason, and make appropriate judgments when faced with various situations.

Have a good personality, be able to work with others at all levels, and continuously develop themselves in terms of knowledge and professional skills.

Have the ability to use digital information technology for data collection, analysis, and presentation appropriately.

 The Tourism and Hospitality Management in Digital Era Program (Revised Curriculum, AD 2022) recognizes the changes in the tourism and hotel industries in the digital age that have impacted a country’s competitiveness. Graduates must possess the core competencies of knowledge, ability, academic excellence, and a positive attitude, as well as service psychology and high-value service under the Thai identity (Thai ness). The highlights of graduates in the tourism and hotel industries are professional management, business development, value-added tourism products and services, good English communication skills, and interpersonal communication skills through active learning. Graduates can apply the following modern technologies: big data and artificial intelligence (AI), meeting the needs of the global tourism and hotel industries.
