The Digital Marketing & Brandind Program, School of Management, organized the project “Promotion and Development of Students in the Digital Marketing Program” (Activity: Overseas Study Visit for MKT62-323 International Marketing). The activity aimed to provide students with an opportunity to learn about international marketing in Singapore’s business district from December 11-14, 2024. The program included activities that allowed students to gain knowledge of digital marketing through a Walk Rally and explore the business district, drawing inspiration and insights from professional brand creators. The details of the activities are as follows: December 12, 2024 Visited Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands, a significant landmark in Singapore, home to the Merlion statue, the Marina Bay Sands hotel, and a world-class shopping mall. Students also explored Chinatown, where they learned about the culture and marketing of the Chinese community in Singapore through its shops and markets offering local products and souvenirs. Additionally, the group visited Clarke Quay, a business area known for its unique branded restaurants. December 13, 2024 Visited Changi Airport, a prime example of global branding and marketing.
