Makro HoReCa Challenge 2022

Finally!! We did it. As participants in the Makro HoReCa Challenge 2022 regional round (Southern region) on October 18, 2022 of our student from the Professional Culinary Arts Program (ProChef), we were the 9 finalists in the Youth Representatives of the South. The two representatives are Mr. Thanesphon Phuekkham (P’ Tan) and Ms. Rattanaporn Musikwong (P’ Fern). They did get a consolation prize from the competition in the category of “Main Dishes from Mysterious and Local Ingredients in the Youth Level. This is an important step for students to join this national competition that’s certified by the World Chefs Association. It’s inspiring and creates the competitive experience that encourages our students to prepare and grow beyond their limit to develop themselves further. Then they could step into the food business market at an international standard with efficiency and professionalism in the future.
