Asia Summer University Program Culture Exploration in Taiwan 2024 at Hungkuang University, Taichung city (May, 12-24 2024)

Our PCA students, lecturers and staffs had joined the opening ceremony for the first day of short course at Hungkuang University.

Apart from knowledge and practice skills, the professional culinary arts program also gives our students a chance to learn about food cultures abroad. We hope this activity can encourage the motivation and passion of our students to be the best chefs in their own way.
